I became a fan about 7 or 8 years ago during the summer, it was the best thing that ever happened to me ^_^ The first film of his that I watched was Guys and Dolls. That same day happened to be Marlon Brando day for Summer Under the Stars, so I spent my day watching most of his films and I was instantly hooked! It was literally as if I’d discovered the meaning of my life…

Definitely read Songs My Mother Taught Me! You will love him even more after reading it! He goes beyond his acting career, talking about the many aspects of his life that shaped him into the person that he became. By the end of it you’ll get a sense of the funny, compassionate, and interesting person that he was!
I also recommend is The Reckless and Remarkable Career of Marlon Brando by Stefan Kanfer. The author does a great job of presenting an unbiased look into Marlon’s life.
